We collect your account information (name, email address), the dream entries you submit, and usage data (pages visited, features used). We do not collect payment card details directly — payments are processed by Stripe.
Your data is used to operate and improve CHITTA — to generate your dream interpretations, power the Oracle (Bindu) consultations, maintain your dream journal, and send transactional emails about your account.
Your dream entries are encrypted at rest and stored securely. We treat your dream content as deeply personal data. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We do not use your dream content to train third-party AI models. Your dream data is permanently deletable upon request.
We use a small number of trusted third-party processors: Stripe (payments), Brevo (transactional email), and Microsoft Clarity (analytics). Each is bound by their own privacy policy and GDPR/CCPA compliance commitments.
