God/Goddess

'God' or 'Goddess' in a dream represents your unawareness of your own creative power. This is a profound and often surprising interpretation. When a divine figure appears in your dream, it is not an external deity visiting you -- it is your subconscious mind reflecting that there is an enormous creative power within you that you are not yet aware of.

You are a creator. Your thoughts create your reality. The power of creation that people attribute to God is the same power that lives within you -- because you are an individual ray of that Creator's light. "Ye are Gods" (Psalm 82:6). "I AM the Self" (Bhagavad Gita 10:20). These scriptures are telling you directly -- the creative power is within you. When God or a Goddess shows up in your dream, it is calling for you to wake up to the enormity of your own creative power. You are not a helpless being at the mercy of an external force. You are a powerful creator who has not yet fully realized the magnitude of what you are. Stop giving your power away to something outside yourself and recognize that the creative force of the universe lives within your own consciousness. Take responsibility for what you are creating. You have always been the creator of your reality.
