Heat

In the Language of Mind, heat is not anger or stress — it is intensified energy: the felt presence of consciousness expanding and purifying. Look at its form and function. Heat is what fire gives off as it consumes its fuel; it is energy in motion, the very thing that spreads a flame and refines whatever it touches down to a finer form. So when your dream warms, sizzles, or scorches, your subconscious is showing you that a process of inner expansion and purification has turned UP — a part of you is burning hotter, refining faster, demanding more fuel. As fire is the upper-astral element of expansion, heat is the measure of how much energy that change is now drawing. Examine where in your waking life something has begun to intensify — a desire, a realization, a transformation that will not cool back down.
