Theft

'Theft' in a dream represents the act of taking away from your own value. Since everything in a dream is an aspect of you, theft does not represent someone else stealing from you -- it represents a part of your own consciousness diminishing your sense of self-worth. This could manifest as self-deprecating thoughts, comparing yourself unfavorably to others, allowing others to devalue you, or engaging in behaviors that undermine your confidence and worth. Every time you tell yourself you are not good enough, you are stealing from yourself. When theft shows up in your dream, it is calling for you to identify how you are robbing yourself of your own value. What thoughts or behaviors are diminishing your self-worth? Stop the theft.
