In the Language of Mind, kissing is the act of showing love and affection toward an aspect of yourself. Look at its form and function: a kiss is the most intimate way one being extends tenderness and acceptance to another, mouth to mouth, no distance left between them. And because every person in a dream is an aspect of your own consciousness, when you kiss someone you are not reaching toward another human at all — you are turning toward a part of yourself and saying, you are worthy of love.
