In the Language of Mind, a stage is a state of mind of self-expression and visibility — the part of you that steps forward to be seen and known. Read it by form and function: a stage is a raised platform built for one purpose, to lift a performer up where an audience can witness what they do. A place in a dream is always a state of mind, and the objects and people in it are the thoughts that compose it. So standing on a stage is your subconscious showing you an inner condition where some quality of self has stepped into the open to be expressed and recognized — and the audience is not other people, but other aspects of you, watching how fully you own what you are doing. Examine where in your waking life you are being called to express something openly rather than keep it hidden. Notice the variations: stage fright or forgotten lines = a part of you not yet honest or sure enough to stand exposed in that expression; a confident, lit performance = a quality you are ready to own and let be seen; an empty stage = a space prepared for an expression not yet stepped into. That is one symbol read clean. The lights above you (awareness), the role you were playing, the theater around it are all still speaking. Your subconscious talks to you every night in this exact language; CHITTA is simply where you learn to read the rest of the sentence. Go within, or go without.
