Weeds

'Weeds' in a dream represent unproductive thoughts within the subconscious mind. Plants represent subconscious thoughts, and weeds are plants that grow uninvited, unwanted, and uncontrolled. They take nutrients from the soil, crowd out productive plants, and spread rapidly if not removed. This reflects the unproductive thoughts that have taken root in your subconscious mind without your conscious permission -- worry, self-doubt, fear, negativity. These thoughts were not planted intentionally, but they grow all the same, stealing energy and space from the productive thoughts you have deliberately planted. When weeds show up in your dream, it is calling for you to tend your inner garden. Pull the weeds. Identify the unproductive thoughts that are growing in your subconscious and remove them through conscious awareness and the deliberate replacement with productive thoughts. The garden requires constant maintenance. Weeds never stop growing -- and neither should your vigilance against them.
