A 'Well' in a dream represents becoming aware of the cause of your life experiences. A well is a shaft dug deep into the earth to access water beneath the surface. In the Universal Language of the Mind, earth is the subconscious mind and water is conscious life experiences. A well, then, is the means by which you go deep into your subconscious to access the source of your life experiences. Your experiences do not come from outside you. They originate from the thoughts within your subconscious mind. A well represents your ability to trace your experiences back to their source -- to go deep enough within to find the thoughts that are creating what you are experiencing on the surface. When a well shows up in your dream, it is calling for you to go deep within yourself to find the cause of what you are experiencing in your life. Do not stay on the surface trying to manage effects. Go to the well. Draw up the water of understanding from the depths. When you find the cause -- the thought that originated the experience -- you gain the power to change everything.
