Injury Dream Meaning

In the Language of Mind, an injury is a wounded aspect of yourself. Read it by form and function: an injury is damage to part of the body, and the body is the vehicle that carries your mind toward its goals — so a hurt body part is not a hurt body, it is a faculty of your own consciousness that has been wounded and is no longer working at full strength. The subconscious renders a felt limp, ache, or break to show you, in unmistakable image, that some way-of-being inside you needs attention before you can move at full stride again.

Turn it on your waking life and ask where you have been pushing forward on something half-healed. Notice which part is hurt — injured legs or feet point to how you stand and advance toward your goals (your foundation and direction shaken); injured hands or arms point to your capacity to act, build, and grasp what you reach for; a head wound points to how you reason and perceive. And mark the cause: a fresh injury is a new wounding you are still raw from, while an old wound that won't heal is a lesson your subconscious has been repeating, intensifying it because the message hasn't yet been received and applied. That is one symbol read clean — the figure who injured you, the place it happened, the road you were on are all still speaking.
