This is why nearly all meditation practices begin with the breath. The breath ties the soul to the body and connects the conscious mind with the superconscious mind. When breath appears in your dream, it is highlighting your connection to your spirit and the lifeforce energy that sustains you. Is the breathing in the dream easy and deep, reflecting a strong connection to your spirit and an abundance of lifeforce energy?
